Chima, a carnivore’s wet dream

Chima is a Brazilian steakhouse. That’s 2 very good things combined into one. It’s Brazilian (exotic stuff). And steakhouse (I love).

But is everything that much better when you combine more than one great thing together?

This isn’t like Outback steakhouse or like Ruth’s Chris though, where you just order a steak and inhale it. No way homie. This is how it works. There are gauchos (the dudes that serve you steak) that come around to each table and has a cut of meat on a skewer. And you can choose the cooking-temp of your meat by just telling him and he’ll cut you a slice which you grab with your cute little tongs. Also, each person has a card in their eating area. This card has 2 sides - one side says you want to be served meat, the other says you don’t. Kinda like a red and green light for gauchos to know whether you want to eat or not.

I ate everything on the menu. I really liked the barbeque ribs, grilled salmon, top sirloin, and lamb chops. Those were the ones that stood out to me but everything was still good though. The spicy bean dipping sauce was good too. I forgot to take a picture though.

I also had to get the palma louca brazilian beer. It’s very good. I think you should try it. I think you will like it too, if you’re into alcohol like me someone.

Oh yeah, there’s a salad bar too.
